Terms of Engagement

By engaging with Neural Sovereignty Institute™ and participating in any Activation, protocol sequence, consultation, or related offering, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Participation Framework

The Alpha Wave Protocol™ is a non-clinical nervous system regulation and human performance framework designed to support attentional regulation, neural coherence, and state stabilization under cognitive demand.

Participation is voluntary and intended for educational, developmental, and performance-oriented purposes only.

The Institute does not provide medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or financial services.

Activation Structure

Private Activation includes a structured multi-phase process consisting of guided sessions, integration support, and longitudinal stewardship across the designated Activation Cycle.

Specific scheduling, operational details, and participant requirements are provided during intake and onboarding.

Remote and in-person participation formats may be available depending on scheduling and location.

Investment & Payment

Current Private Activation investment is $10,000 CAD unless otherwise specified in writing.

Due to the limited-capacity and customized nature of the process, payments and deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling and onboarding have commenced.

Any applicable payment structure, scheduling policies, or rescheduling terms are clarified during intake prior to confirmation.

Participant Responsibility

Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, and professional decisions throughout the Activation process.

The Institute makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, performance improvements, or experiential effects.

Participation should be approached with personal discernment and appropriate self-responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All protocol materials, written content, signal models, methodologies, branding elements, and related frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Neural Sovereignty Institute™.

Materials are provided for personal participation only and may not be reproduced, distributed, taught, or commercially replicated without written authorization.

Research & Observational Data

Certain anonymized EEG observations and longitudinal signal metrics may contribute to the Institute’s ongoing internal research and Signal Registry analysis.

No personally identifying participant information is published without explicit written consent.

Third-Party Measurement Tools

Some participants may optionally use consumer EEG devices such as Muse 2 during or between Activation sessions for personal self-observation.

Muse is a third-party hardware and software system developed and operated by an independent company and is not affiliated with Neural Sovereignty Institute™.

The Institute does not rely on consumer EEG devices for clinical validation, diagnosis, or medical interpretation.

Any data collected through such devices is for personal informational use only and does not constitute medical or diagnostic assessment.
