The Stewardship Process

Total time commitment: 240 minutes across 10 months

We provide dedicated technical oversight throughout the activation life cycle, partnering with you for 10 months to ensure maximum systemic output.

 

I. Strategic Intake & Audit

  • Private Intake: Submit your baseline profile via the secure form on this page.

  • Baseline Assessment: Our team reviews your profile and operational requirements to finalize alignment.

  • Logistics: Flexible scheduling to accommodate high-performance calendars. On-site activations are available globally; associated travel and logistical overheads are the responsibility of the initiating party.

II. Pre-Activation Onboarding

  • The Activation Kit: Prior to your session, you will receive a physical/digital package containing your PDF Protocol Guides, preparation instructions, and your 10-month integration calendar.

III. The Activation Sequence
